Job Summary:

The candidate will support agency leadership to maintain and expand collaboration and document management SharePoint environments. The candidate will also serve as a data engineer and work with a variety of data sources from multiple systems to extract data, transform, and unlock insights that solve the clients pain points. The candidate will use Microsoft Power Platform to build solutions using Power Apps, automate tasks using Power Automate, analyze, and build dashboard using Power BI. The candidate will operate in both a technical and non-technical capacity and be able to translate highly technical concepts into easy-to-understand business terminology for Customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Skilled at interviewing clients to translate business needs into proposed solutions.
  • Experience with data modeling, cleansing, and transformation utilizing tools such as Power BI, SQL, APIs, or Python, etc.
  • Comfortable working with and presenting to senior client executives and create mock-ups utilizing graphical illustration.
  • Ability to articulate both complex analytic and technical problems and create presentations to display business value.
  • Hand-on experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining SharePoint Site(s), pages, lists, libraries, and complex workflows.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, including setting up lists and web parts, creating custom columns/metadata, and utilizing Power Automate/workflows.
  • Hands on experience with database management and SQL.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience utilizing APIs to pull data from various sources.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field).
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience using Microsoft Power Platform building PowerApps, Power BI dashboards.
